AMAZING experience 😍 it was my first time at a Boba place (came with a friend who's a regular here), so I felt overwhelmed by all the options. The staff was really kind and explained the different types of drinks and options available. Ended up going with a seasonal Santa's Bait with Strawberry Popping. It was INCREDIBLE!!! I will definitely be back again with other friends to introduce them to it 😄 Update #1: brought my daughter here. She loved the Boba and the atmosphere. We played some games they had on the table. I got Santa's Bait again, my daughter got Peach Milk Tea with Strawberry Popping Balls. The staff member running the shop was super friendly and made our day with her sweetness 💕

This place is popping. High energy, lively and lovely service, upbeat music, family friendly atmosphere. Seating available for up to 22 or so people, television screens with zen and natural content, upbeat pop music selection. I got a hot chocolate, person I was with got a tiger milk boba. They were both phenomenal. Staff was incredibly personable and friendly. This is a great place to go if you need positive vibes and good drinks. Strongly recommend, would go again.

I wholeheartedly adore this shop! They made our special day even more special, and I cannot tell you how much that meant to me! The employees are so kind, bubbly, and welcoming! Even if normal boba isn't your thing, I'd almost guarantee they have something for you, and it'll be served by the best customer service you can find!!

great place! the drinks are very good, and the boba itself is fantastic. and so was the customer service! everyone here was extremely nice. also very attentive to allergies. excited to come back and try more!

Definitely A MUST! The staff is super nice and very personable. They are so welcoming and fun— it makes you want to just hangout. If needed, they help choose a drink based on your likes, and they were SPOT ON for us. Loved it! 10/10 would return again and again. I ordered peach oolong with mango popping boboa. And my daughter ordered the shark attack. We loved it!

We ordered a shark attack (blue drink), dragon eye (layered with pink), and oreo taro with cheese foam. Amazingly delicious, best boba shop we've tried locally so far. Super friendly staff with quick service. They were fairly busy and it was less than a 10 minute wait for 3 drinks.

Customer service here is unmatched. Tristan did a really good job at making me feel comfortable with asking questions about the options they have. He made a recommendation that was really good and even offered to remake the drink if I didn’t like it. Drink was awesome, but the customer service is really what makes this place stand out. 100% will be back.

I don’t live in liberty Lake, or make it out here as often as I would like to but every time I come out here, Bocopop is an absolute MUST!! I always end up getting to one for now and one for later! They are just that good.
